Not really, his skull is quite narrow so he seems way too doli for the noble Dinarid type.

Yep. Proto-Nordic/Corded and Irano-Afghan/Iranid are pretty much the same indistinguishable type when we look at the skull only and don't take pigmentation into an account. The only difference being Cordeds have usually less convex noses. This Tajik's skull would still fit very well in Corded Ware series.

Fatyanovo-Balanovo man reconstruction which I think somewhat resembles this Tajik:

Would have guessed Greek, Dinaro- Med if i would not know ethnicity- more mesocephalic i guess, but thats how Yamnaya reconstructions can look like because eye area is the trickiest part

Iranian nordoid bordering actually, or iranid + med and nordid, because of the skull shape, skull shape looks literally like some of Norb's germanic examples. But of course this one looks balkan to me, but also western in the same time.
