There are no Puerto Rican diasporans where I live, so I'm not used to recognize their looks

But AFAIK, they are on average roughly 70% Iberian, 20% SSA and 10% Amerindian Taino, so Daddy Yankee would be more typical than Ricky Martin ?

When I think of Puerto Rico I think of some huge beach bar, no animals and no train stations.

People go around with flip-flops everywhere and Latin music is playing in the background, so much that you only notice their feet and not their faces.

Actually neither. The man that always comes to my mind when I read or hear about Ricans is René Pérez from Calle 13. More stereotypical Rican type you won't find.

I would say a similar thing could be said for Brazil, more or less. Although switch Spanish around for Portuguese.
