About 74.0 (from 157.05/212.3).

I took the average value of multiple measurements performed with a caliper. I didn't press the caliper very hard, because then it returned to a more relaxed position before I was able to see the reading, but I subtracted 2mm from both measurements to account for the thickness of soft tissue and hair:

Length: 214.6 214.5 213.9 214.2 (average 214.3 - 2 = 212.3)
Width: 159.4 159.2 158.8 158.8 (average 159.05 - 2 = 157.05)

By the norms of white U.S males between the ages of 25 and 34, my cranium length is about 1.9 SDs above average and my cranium width is about 0.9 SDs above average (https://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?341117-FaceBase-facial-measurements-of-thousands-of-subjects-based-on-3D-imaging):
