Probably she has Tatar admixture as Benyzero suggests. I wanted to post Tatar woman who looks a bit like her, but darker. Maybe i will post her later.

Ethnically Russian IMHO.

The face admixutre could partly be Finno-Ugric, hair doesn't matter. So i say Russian ethnically.
