Not sure if she is fully English or not but anyway she looks Balkan imo

Complexion and also that she seems mixed with alpine and CM elements, i think she looks a little foreign.

isnt that she when she was young? Ironically the "Alpine-Cm" part could come from Britiain, while i think she could be mixed with Cypriot etc. or are we tricked by the heavy make up (eye brows) ?

def. proves that light skin is overated when its not combined with a typical NorthWesteuroepan look (John Oliver looks also relatively pale to me, but not extremly European)

Yeah, she looks i think more like a "dark" Brit, seems a fair few darker types around Bristol and the general west where she comes from too, for some reason darker Brits seem to resemble Balkan people more than Spaniards, probably because of the CM component so typical of both regions.
