Someone like John Oliver doesn't and looks similar to a George Harrison and fits in Britain no problem. It is not difficult to look at someone and see if they are non-native like the man posted above. John Oliver looks similar to Stephen Colbert. It's most probably the nose that gives him a bit of a non-Isles vibe.

He is of English/Irish ancestry. There are people that look a lot less British than him that have only Isles ancestry. He's not foreign looking to me even though I wouldn't have been surprised if he had some other ancestry as well.

Keith Richards was not bad in his youth. It all depends on what someone finds attractive. On here Spanish always go on about how exotic Antonio Banderas is but in his youth I think most women would find him very handsome. I personally think dark hair and blue or green eyes are very striking. Attractiveness is very subjective although I think there are people that most people find attractive. Also more average looking people can have something striking about them that you can't judge by looking at a picture. Some people just don't photograph well. Pierce Brosnan was extremely good looking and still looks pretty good.
