Based first on the profile picture (pic 3), which displays an rather angular back of the individual's head, and a clear picture of his rather large nose, in addition to the facial smile wrinkles, I say this guy is English AF, and utterly "germanic."
However, in other pictures, he would seem to display something rather non-English, particularly his bulbous forehead shape. Honestly, that, in addition to a slight "hook nose aspect," upper lip being sligthly "un-thin" leads me to think this individual might have immediate Continental German ancestry.
The name of this individual is English AF, too, by the way.

Very progressive type, fitting considering his achievements, Tronder and keltic nordic.

Well I was going to say I think he was very Anglo-Australian looking, almost distinctly so; more because of the face than the headshape, including the beaky nose (apt). Others who have lived here might recognise it. All 4 of his grandparents were from Kent though, and looking very English and simultaneously a bit continental like you said is quite common for them.

Kelticized Corded, very similar to my grandfather except mine had a more fleshy straight nose, less beaky. This guys nose isn't a Germanic one.
