"dark" in the OP refers to eyes and hair colour only, of course

the dark haired ones pass best in Belgium, which kinda makes sence because the blonde look Dutch/Flemish/ NW German for the most part. the woman in the middle passes best as German in both blonde/brown haired variant.

the only difference seems to be in hair and eyes colour, right? so is it enough to make them of different phenotype and to pass in different places one from another?
