Calling Polish people from Zaolzie region "Polish-Czech" is a bit misleading though. This used to be a predominantly Polish region before WW2 which was taken from Poland by Czechoslovakia in 1920 while Polish army was defending it's country against the Bolsheviks, and was briefly recaptured by Poland in 1938. After the war Polish puppet state gave it up to Czechoslovakia under Soviet pressure (in exchange for Czechoslovakia giving up some of their claims too), and Czechoslovak authorities strongly depolonized it in following decades, though some Poles remained and stayed Polish.

Highly likely. You must have lived in Czech Republic for a long time at least.
