I don't think this could be Saami or ANE remnants showing up in physical phenotype, I haven't seen darker skinned/tanned Saami(note I am not saying there aren't darker skinned or easily tannable Saamis) look like her before, will usually look more stereotypically Mongoloid Siberian. I'm thinking Grønland, or she isn't old enough to not be some cuck's adoptee or mixed(the Faroese for instance like their Filipinas), because the influence really does look more specifically Amerindian or some of the more non-Sinid East Asians than generalized East Asian. Then again, still very possible. Before Rethel or anyone makes any dumb WHG comments, she's brown eyed.
