Looked up his name and his original surname seems to be Škrijelj. That's common in Sandžak among the islamized descendants of the Albanian Shkreli tribe.
He looks Med + Borreby.

Škrijelj is the variant they use today because they no longer speak Albanian. Most of them identify as Bosniaks.

изглежда българско, значи Палео
It has nothing to do with Bulgarian, it is very far from the Bulgarians. He looks more West Slavic. Something between Polish and German.

Yeah, I understand. I find it odd too. The name Niko is actually more frequent among Croats, but either way it's not commonly used, not even as a short form of Nikola. Maybe the man is from a mixed marriage.
Looks like a mix of Ashkenazi and Congoid. Lol at the mole.

Looks like a mix of Ashkenazi and Congoid.I think because of insufficient E-V13 supply from Somali, Erdoğan decided to import them from a better source.

There's actually a village in Western Thrace where the descendants of Sudanese slaves brought by the Ottomans still live today. Perhaps this is why Albanians score African now on the updated 23andme. I think greeks already got African before the update.
