Didn't imply that at all. There is overlap and then there are different looks, like most neighbouring countries. As it happens I think the likeness between Scottish and English (at least Southern/Central) is a little overrated on here, despite being relatively similar and closer than any non-British.

He does look English but passes in Scotland quite well too i think, he is pale and shows brunn traits like a wide nasal area that i don't associate with England particularly, examples of English persons that i would say do not look Scottish would be Frank Lampard of Chelsea or Tom Felton from Harry Potter.
