As far as I know proto-Indo-Europeans were like 75% North Euro and 25% South Asian.

You're getting everything backwards, North Euros and South Asians are descended from PIEs not the other way around.

So can we say that a genetic bottleneck occurred in PIE population and they are divided into proto-Northern-Europeans and proto-South-Asians? After that proto-Northern-Europeans mixed with Scandinavian HG and proto-South-Asians received Dravidian input? In the second post of this thread, the distances are awful and maybe the reason is the presence of Scandinavian HG among modern North Europeans and the presence of Dravidian input among modern South Asians. Am I right?
