(I don't know why I put "Ears" and "Eyes" before of each spoiler, I find it difficult for someone to mistake an ear for an eye, although we have to be realistic and think that we are in TA and very special people enter here so better indicate what each thing is.

As far as I can remember, yes.

Why? Do you suspect that they are the cause of some type of ocular pathology or due to age?

My father has central heterochromy too, but with inner circle brown and exterior ring light hazel, and my mother has bluish grey eyes.

I am not sure ,you just have very unique eye colour.

I know a coworker (woman) that has a very similar pattern and colours

Maybe in the photograph they appear a more strange color tone than it really is. At normal distances, they basically appear somewhat light/medium brown eyes.
