He was from Braunau Am Inn which is right next to the Austrian border with Germany but also not that far from the border with the Czech Republic. His father Alois, was born in Dollersheim a village in NE Austria even closer to the border with the Czech Republic and her mother Klara was born in Weitra in Lower Austria even further close to the Czech border.

I think given the locations of his parent's birthplaces there is a high chance he had at least a lot of ancient Slavic ancestry but later Germanized.

Yes, he had and that is not even disputable, it's a sure thing considering his ancestry.

Alojz and Klára, both CZ/SK names, but I guess they are German too, I'm not sure.
