I think he is CM and can pass as Faelid and Northern and Northwestern. He doesnt look typical Balkan?

Maybe but more in the Norid direction and he has clearly CM. I would guess him as typical German. Are you sure he is so clearly Serb?

I'd guess him as Northwestern Balkan, i.e. Slovene or Croat.
