There were more krajinas, as geographical areas, within SAO Krajina itself, and some outside.Of the top of my head, I think Sinjska krajina was never within SAO Krajina.

I assume Vojna Krajina itself is probably seen as more of an ex-political division, whereas geographical areas are: Kninska, Drniška, Cetinjska, Vrlička, Imotska and Sinjska krajina.
Pretty much those who are/were from that area where SAO Kninska Krajina was organized, yes.

You have Timocka Krajina, area in Central Serbia on the boder with Romania and Bulgaria. Kraj means end so many border regions bear the name Krajina.

Not all Serbs from Croatia see themselfes as Krajisniks, those from Eastern Slavonia don't, they are Vojvodjani who found themselfes in Croatia. Those who live in major cities probably don't have such identity even if they come from Krajina. For example, Serbs from Zagreb who were relatively numerous before the war, not sure what's the situation today but I guess many have stayed.
