I like the diversity one gets in Hungarians, some look very southern, others look Nordid or eastern. Two of the older men in the set resemble the Brit tv legend Bruce Forsyth, this woman looks like every working class Brits favourite nan they had as a kid, a British look

I think man in pic 3 left is a type you ll find here in Hungary but less so in the other neighbour states. Otherwise a lot West Slavic types, a few Balkan- less than previous

What I will say is that this woman has a look that can be seen in my my great grandmother, great aunt, my aunt, and my cousin. VERY familiar, VERY similar.

Now these look more different from Poles then Hungarians from other compilations of yours. As a whole bunch they look quite distinctively Hungarian to me and already clearly darker than Poles. They differ in appearance from Hungarians from Miszkolc who in majority of cases look neutral for Poland, with many actually looking like they could be typical natives of Polish ethnicity.

Phenotypically speaking, I see quite a pronounced Dinaric, Noric & Gorid strains in them.

Maybe because they are in Trasdanubia (Western Hungary), this region of the country are bordering with Austria, Slovenia, Croatia and Western Slovakia. Also, Transdanubia have numerous German and Croat minorities and Hungarians with German/Croat ancestry, which may make them more alien to the Poles.

They are though mostly Magyar Magyars I reckon though. :coffee: :D I don't think that additional Croat ancestry would make them more alien, a lot of Croats have familiar looks for Poland f.e
