This Bosniak guy who goes under the name of Angry Foreigner on YouTube is apparently 8% Arab according to the National Geographic DNA test (he says it explains why he is so angry :p):

I don't know, maybe it's because he drinks alcohol or swears in his videos. Usually they aren't, though.

Actually, I noticed know that it's seemingly because he makes reference to a porn site, lol.

I know the guy. Do you not accept him as Swedish? I think he's an atheist, anti-Islamist and civic nationalist (votes for SD).
That test must be BS, Bosniaks do not even have Turkish blood most of the time and Arabs never settled in the Balkans. In fact most Bosniaks are more Nordo-Slavic than Serbs.

To be honest I don't really trust the results from commercial tests. Maybe I am wrong but GEDmatch percentages sound much more accurate to me.

I have nothing against him (never said otherwise). He can be culturally Swedish, but his genetic ethnic background is Bosniak. People who are of immigrant background themselves have more freedom of speech to speak out on issues that he talks about, because they cannot be silenced as being racists when they do. Look at Eric Zemmour.

I agree. But I think he's no conservative socially, just wants the fucking Muslims out of his country and then continue with the neoliberalism.

I know that some Arabian jihadists permanently settled in Bosnia after the war, but this is different.

I do belive a few have, i know one that has a Syrian ancestor, he came to Bosnia during the ottoman empire and that is how his lineage started, and if my memory serves we right i do think a have one bosnian at work that also has some middle eastern ancestor. But bosnians as hole dont have it,

No, they don't have any. On the other hand there are some in Syria/Levante with ancestry from Bosnia who came during Ottoman era.

It depends, really, on what National Geographic is interpreting as "Arab". Bosniaks, like all Balkan and Southern Euro people, have elevated MENA compared to Northern/Western Euros. So NatGeo may interpret that (as well as S Euro or Med) as Arab.
Someone tell Angry Foreigner to upload his data to Gedmatch. We'll see if he has anything unusual.

Maybe he has some elevated Natufian ancestry which can pop up as 'Arab' ancestry.

I don't think Bosniaks have significant Arab ancestry. They might have Turkish ancestry but I have been told that it is not significant at all. Nevertheless Bosniaks are honorary Turkish according to most Turks and Bosniaks themselves.

Not really. The NatGeo is not really a good test. I believe they might have more Turkish ancestry. There are certain Christian European groups that actually have Arab ancestry more so than Bosnians. The Natgeo is not a good test because it overestimated the Arabian admixture in Iranians, and it underestimated it in North Africans. If he did 23andme it would have been better. Arabs/Arabians did not settle the Balkan areas.

No. Culturally they are closer to Turks. Genetically I doubt it.

Where are the proofs?
I can only find a fact that Džumhur family originates from Boka (today a part of Montenegro). Even if it that were true, it is a rare exception. I can't remember any Bosniak surname of Arabic origin.

Some Arabs, Turks, Tatars etc. individually arrived to Bosnia, Herzegovina, Sandžak etc. as part of the Ottoman administration. Some of them married for native Muslim women and stayed there.
For Egyptian paternal origin of "Bosniak" family Džumhur wrote Jevto Dedijer in his study "Herzegovina" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jevto_Dedijer
Dedijer heard a story about Egyptian origin of this family from some members of family. Indeed, surname Džumhur is Arab sounding and alien/atypical for "Bosniaks."

Also where I was denying anything ?

Well, you answered to me on a thread not too far ago that Sweden has not safety issues which is contradictory to statistics and of what my swedish clients tell me..but OK my Bad bro.

The better question would be why did he purchase an ancestry test from National Geographic. Out of all the possible choices, he picked the most obscure one. Of course the results do not make sense.

I don't have Swedish clients or w/e. Maybe you think the thread comparing Sweden and Brazil in terms of safety? Which I based of facts stated how it is and that it's incomparable because Sweden is much safer than Brazil. This has no indicator that I live in any of those countries, based of that you could even think I'm from Brazil?
