I think when facial features are taken into consideration Swiss Germans, when hair colour is taken into consideration obviously Norwegians. As the Dutch and Swiss Germans share more phenotypes in common(Baltids are pretty much absent from Netherlands as are Lappids and maybe occasional Uralic types) i would say they are more similar.

Shouldnt even be a question, Dutch are Northern Europeans like Norwegians they are way more similar. Genetically and physically Northern European countries will always be more like Northern European countries than a Central European country. Northern Europe is the British isles, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Iceland.
Central Europe is Belgium and northern/central France, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, very north Italy
Southern Europe is Spain, Italy, southern France and Greece and Greece’s surrounding Balkan countries

If Belgium is right next to the Netherlands why is it not considered Northern Europe too?
