Imho, he is pred. Med (approaching East med) + Alpine , possible (minor) dinarid strains.

gracil med + alpine + minor dinaric or native american admixture is difficult determinate with that photos and with that small degree

There are different influences, but it seems some kind of Mediterranid is predominant, Taurid and Alpinoid influences present.
