If yes, then how much Balkan admixture do ethnic Turks from Western Anatolia have?

To be clear, can ethnic Turks from Western Anatolia be genetically modelled as Anatolian Greek + Medieval Turkic or do they also need an additional Balkan population to be modelled with a better fit?

They mostly don't. The ones with Balkan ancestry are very recent & mostly rare

For the native Turks of the region? It is Anatolian Greek + Medieval Turkic. Greek_Kos is a great proxy for the coastal Turks, however, you need something like in between Kos and Cappadocia in order to model Turks of Denizli, for example. You also need something in between Thrace and Cappadocia to model Turks of NW Anatolia which we are lacking currently.

Almost 90% of the Balkan Turkish population lives in Western Anatolia, too, and you need Eastern Balkanite populations to get a proper fit while modeling them. This is the only group you will need Balkan populations while modeling Turks.
