What is the ethnicity most genetically similar to Native Americans? Is it a solid similarity or just hoaxes?

Yes. And as scientific proof I submit my father's nickname from college: Chief.

There, that proves it. ;)

Modern latinoamericans of course, they are one people. Native americans are anthropologically and socially interesting people, so are modern mixed latin americans.

To my friend, Donhueas. I took a look at the G25 population averages spreadsheet on Vahaduo. There is a North Amerindian reference there, here is a list of the closest populations. As it moves along I see that Asian populations begin to appear.

Very good, very interesting , although it does not come out Mapuche; a 0.2 is a reasonably small or large distance?. Chief jajaja, in Chile they would call him "Lonco"

To put it in perspective, the difference between Hungarian and Middle Eastern/South Asian populations is about 0.2, so I would describe it as a sizable difference.

Although I was using a joking tone with Beny, it is absolutely a true story, my father really was known as the Chief.. And now I can add Lonco :)

http://www.eki.ee/books/redbook/itelmens.shtml

Anthropologically the Itelmens belong together with the Koryaks to the Mongoloid North-Asian race. They are short and rather stocky. Wide faces with prominent cheekbones are characterized by the Mongolian fold. They have a darkish skin, and dark eyes and hair (dark brown or black). Beard growth is poor.

The origins of the Itelmens are not very clear, but it is clear that they are native inhabitants of Kamchatka. They probably moved to Kamchatka some 6,000--7,000 years ago from the mainland of Asia, when the Chukchi-Kamchatka aborigines (including the ancestors of the Itelmens) had contacts with the ancestors of the American Indians.

The Chukchi, or Chukchee are an indigenous people inhabiting the Chukchi Peninsula, the shores of the Chukchi Sea and the Bering Sea region of the Arctic Ocean within the Russian Federation. They speak the Chukchi language. The Chukchi originated from the people living around the Okhotsk Sea. According to recent genomic research, the Chukchi are the closest Asiatic relatives of the indigenous peoples of the Americas as well as of the Ainu people.

Siberians are more cold adapted, so they have larger more robust faces than Native Americans.
