Is it an focused image on the areas where we Portuguese and Spanish plot in a PCA with samples from other countries, or is the PCA made only with Portuguese and Spanish samples?

Would be fantastic , because although you are 50% British, your plotting would work as NW reference among us.

But probably with your Gedmatch coordinates would be enough.

I have your data, but I didn't add any halfies not to distort national clusters. Only halfie I added was El Jibaro because he is genetically 100% Spaniard.
