G25 results:
Slavic - 89.0%
Germanic - 10%
Mongolic - 1%
Pretty accurate, if I change the reference populations I still get similar admixture (Slavo-Germanic and Central/East Asian) plus Thracian/Illyrian/Greek. Very accurate and fits my known ancestry quite well.

I always get SSA noise, I've got quite recent mixed Euro ancestry so my modern-populations are never going to be too accurate, but yours looked pretty good.
For global I get:
Slavic (540–1160 AD) 74.6%
Baltic (900–1050 AD) 18.8%
Hellenic (1420–200 BC) 6.6%

^Not sure what to think about that
Mixed mode ancient seems the most legit at least for me :
Scandinavian (Iron Age) – VK390 34.1% (clusters with modern day Icelandics)
Visigoth (Iberia) – I12163 27.6% (clusters with Austrians/Alsatians)
Insular Celt (Roman period) – S14491 38.3% (clusters with modern day Britanny-France/Welsh)

This is most accurate result I have ever gotten from a DNA test probably this from IllustrativeDNA :thumb001: :
Fit: 1.855 :
Scandinavian (Iron Age) – VK390 34.1% (clusters with modern day Icelandics)
Visigoth (Iberia) – I12163 27.6% (clusters with Austrians/Alsatians)
Insular Celt (Roman period) – S14491 38.3% (clusters with modern day Britanny-France/Welsh)
With G25 previously I got something similar :
Target: Jamesbond007_scaled
Distance: 1.9624% / 0.01962356
42.8 England_IA (Insular Celtic)
32.0 ISL_Viking_Age_Pre_Christian (Icelandic viking)

The truth is that I found Illustrative DNA very interesting. Practical, easy to understand, entertaining and playful at the same time.
Some of my PCAs with Southern Europe, Northern Europe, Balkans and Modern Africa where I am closer to the ancient Egyptian which in turn has a distance to the modern Egyptians.

I actually found the ancient breakdowns to be pretty good, more or less consistent with my vahaduo results. I did notice that the results vary quite a bit if an erroneous region is selected in the settings. Perhaps yours is set to the wrong region? Or maybe it just does not work well for you, unfortunately.

I don't really know, it is set in south Italy, the thing that strikes me as strange is that normally the other tests give me a mix of Italic and Hellenic for more or less 60/70% but in part this could be more correct, i come from one of the most important areas for the Lombards in southern Italy and also on vahaduo they can be modeled as 55/60% Minoan and 40/45% Sweden Battle Axe, same thing with Corder Ware and Sintashta, and actually among my relatives somatic tracts Nordic are very present (Freckles, light brown/blonde hair and ice blue eyes)
so let's say that in reality not even i have understood well from which peoples i am descended hahaha

Theoretically I should be a blend of my parents results, but of course I am recently mixed which can be tough for these kinds of calcs to handle. My result here looks more like modeling that is based on my closest single populations (midpoint).

Correction* Double checking my father's results because I remember him scoring Germanic. Awhile back I guess I had been playing with the populations, and must have eliminated Germanic from the source to see how my Hungarian side scored without it. I just added it back in.
So here is the results for my father if Germanic is included in the source.
Region is set to West/East Slavic & Hungarian:
Father:
3 populations
Fit: 2.318 (Good)
Slavic (540–1160 AD)49.0%
Thracian (990–200 BC)45.2%
Turkic (650–1200 AD)5.8%
4 Populations
Fit: 1.848 (Good)
Thracian (990–200 BC)34.0%

Turkic (650–1200 AD)6.0%
5 populations
Fit: 1.791 (Good)
Slavic (540–1160 AD)31.0%
Germanic (100–1000 AD)29.6%
Thracian (990–200 BC)26.0%
Crimean (250–400 AD)8.2%
Turkic (650–1200 AD)5.2%
---------------------------
Also, for the sake of clarity, my result from my other post is the 5 population setting, with the region on Global, which is the setting designed for recently mixed folks.
My mother's is a 4 populations setting, which is the max for her selected region, Central Europe.

Used them to get G25 coordinates from my WGS test.
However i dont like they mix ancient DNA from various periods, not good methodology for ancient breakdown.

I'm not the adressee, but I allow myself to comment: It's still unclear from where this substantial Germanic proportion in Kajkavian speakers comes. The fact that it's pretty evenly distributed suggests that it's an old contribution, so rather from Germanics (i. e. pre 800 AD) than from Germans (i. e. post 800 AD). I suspect Ostrogoths and/or Longobards, although it will likely not be monocausal anyhow.
Vikings are unrelated to this. The only relationship is that Vikings are also essentially derived from Germanics.

Hello. Explanation is as the following:
It's most likely trom medieval Germanic tribes. Unmixed Germanics were closer to modern Scandinavians than average modern Germans genetically, because Germans are more mixed.
There was no relevant Viking settlement in modern Croatia.

I think there is a more recent connection. My haplogroup is R-L260.
https://discover.familytreedna.com/y-dna/R-L260/ancient
A lot of Vikings had this haplogroup and the Ostrogoths from Croatia have it too.
In addition to the Y haplogroup, I also have autosomal confirmations. But what is most interesting, I have the closest autosomal matches with Vikings of other haplogroups. Examples
I think this proves that this relationship is not very old. That's why I'm interested in the results of other people from northwestern Croatia.

It it was, such admixture wouldn't be evenly spread in rural NW Croatia and it is and it would be historically recorded.
"Viking" is just a proxy for Germanic, there were no actual Vikings who left any notable impact there.
Also many "Vikings" from Sweden were not genetically Germanic but assimilated Balts, Slavs, Celts and so on.

MyTrueAncestry is TRASH because it uses false positive little segments. It's a commercial bullshit site.
Haplogroups are a hint, but just a TINY proportion of your autosomal DNA, so actually unimportant as to that.

Why is here talked about "Viking Sweden"?
The finds are from the 10th to 12th century.
"We present genome-wide sequence data from 23 individuals from the 10th to 12th century Swedish town of Sigtuna."
see https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0960982218308443
As we know, the Viking Age ended in 1066. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viking_Age If the finds were evenly distributed over the period - we don't know - about half of them would not date from the Viking Age.
And secondly, a large proportion of the finds analysed are not indigenous.
”The data revealed high genetic diversity among the early urban residents. The observed variation exceeds the genetic diversity in distinct modern-day and Iron Age groups of central and northern Europe. Strontium isotope data suggest mixed local and non-local origin of the townspeople.”
“The Sigtuna individuals were widely distributed, with most falling within modern-day variation of Northern Europeans, with the majority of individuals encompassing genomic variation of modern-day individuals from Norway, the North Atlantic Islands, and England. Some samples show stronger tendencies toward modern Eastern, Western, and Central Europeans instead of Northern European populations (Figures 2A and 3).”
The following finds exhibit the following genetic resemblances to present-day populations:

It is recognisably a long-distance trading town with merchants from all over, similar to Visby on Gotland. This also relates to the time period. From German Wikipedia on Visby (translated):
"Visby developed into the leading trading port of the Baltic region in the middle of the 12th century.[8] A trade agreement between Visby and Novgorod can be assumed as early as the previous century.[9] Gotland travellers, i.e. merchants travelling to Visby, are first documented among the Russians and Danes: At least one Russian merchant church in Visby (St Olav[9]) and a mention in the Novgorod Chronicle speak in favour of the Russians; the presence of the Danes is documented by a letter of privilege from the Danish King Waldemar the Great (see Knudsgilde).[7] German merchants are only to be assumed in larger numbers later - after 1161.[9]"
Corresponding further doubtless misattributions could be found at MTA in practically all categories.

How do you explain the close autosomal relatedness with me of people living in early medieval Scandinavia who have the following haplogroups: R1a, R1b, N1a, I1a, I2a and E1b? Is it a coincidence?
Likewise, "illustrative dnk" shows a strong connection with Scandinavia.

You don't have a strong autosomal relatedness with indigenous people living in early medieval Scandinavia. As for the small matches in cM at MTA they are typically false positives as anyone dealing with DNA genealogy and matching can confirm. In case of both sidedly unphased DNA like here you need about 700 SNPs (without maybe imputed SNPs) for a matching segment to be assumend a real match and not a so called false zigzag match (as for zigzag matches see here:https://blog.kittycooper.com/2014/10/when-is-a-dna-segment-match-a-real-match-ibd-or-ibs-or-ibc/ ). And as for having resemblances in the ancestry composition with particular individuals from there I elaborated above that they are not indigenous and what they genetically are like. You have a resemblance with Germanic-Slavic mixtures as you are that yourself to a notable degree. The reason why in particular a lot of finds from Scandinavia show up is that they have over proportionally many finds from Scandinavia.
In your general ancestry composition, i. e. your autosomal genetics, you exhibit exactly like other Kajkavian speakers:
https://i.imgur.com/D2Bkq2D.jpeg
Do you also have G25 coords from Illustrative DNA for your wife that is from Dalmatia? Does she have four ethnic Croatian grandparents if you don't mind to tell?

I think Goths were quite likely bearers of it, not originally but via mixing and assimilations of other tribes moving from their homeland and going further south-east. Some subranches of L260 can be found in Italy, Spain and France where Goths left their genetic print, thus probably spreading it in the Balkans too. Some subranches can most likely be connected with Gothic movements including Darko's one.
