There are East Med looking Albanians but on the other hand there are lots of Tronder, Faelid, Anglo-Saxon looking Albanians also. They are very diverse looking.

I think the opposite. They are one of the most homogenous ethnicities around . So much that even non Albanians recognise most Albanians by their faces and their shape of head .
