Some GEDmatch calculators and My Heritage DNA company uses the term West Asian to indicate a certain type of ancestry. However West Asia in very diverse in terms of both landscapes, ancestry, and genetics. My question is, which population is based on the definition of West Asian ancestry in both GEDmatch calculators and My Heritage DNA?

On gedmatch calculators like Eurogenes West Asian component is based on Abkhazians.

The word west Asia does not exist outside the anthrotard world. It’s either Middle East or Southwest Asia.

And I find the term "Middle East" very redundant. Its correct version is West Asia, which is a very diverse region in terms of ancestry and landscapes. Apparently Norwest Caucasians are the West Asians proper in terms of anthropology and population genetics.

It may be the correct term in a purely rational and empirical standpoint but it carries zero relevance in the real world
