Albanian national hero.

According to those who met him in his time he was a very tall man. "I went into a fair-sized room, where I found Issa Boletin, a very tall, lithe, well-made Albanian, aquiline, with restless eyes and a handsome, fierce face, in the Gheg dress."

It seems, he was Noric, which makes sense if he was Northern Albanian...

I take it he's Dinarid mostly.

Either way he looks Balkanian.

But it doesn't stop him also fitting into Central Europe.

No but 2000 years under the influence of Romans, Venetians, and other Italians... you know how these things go.

The original surname of the Boletini family is Maksutaj from the tribe Shala and village Isniq near Decan who later emigrated to northern Kosovo village Boletin and took that last name.

Pure Dinarid with some norid influences. A common look among highlanders. He was a true hero.

Look very progressive Dinarid, maybe Norid.

We will never see a man like him, man like him are myths for us today.
