As an aside, how common would you say it is in the countries you've lived in?

Yeah pretty common, but if u are referring to the white people of these countries, then in the USA its much less common, and a little bit more in France. Most white people in these countries had type 1 or 2 of skin (that I remember, I didnt really pay much attention to that lol)

So in the US, are Hispanics more likely to have this skintone than Whites then?

Olive. The common one for blanquitos and jabaos/trigueños here (in fact, my two brothers, mother andmaternal cousin have it).

More like type IV/4 though probably.

A type of mulatto that gets to have yellowish skin tone, but heavily Africanized hair and lips. Vin Diesel is an example of someone with a pheno adjacent to that.

Insigne is dark, Arbeloa is olive.

Ah, interesting. Trigueño is one that I know, but maybe it has a different meaning in DR. I remember that Cubans in Miami would use it to describe basically a swarthy white person.

Is this the sort of look that many if not most Greeks and Italians in Australia have?

Of course. I played at an Italian community club when I was younger and felt like a different race at times (but I am more pale/reddish than average).

I'm actually pretty white, but thank you for the receptivity.

(Also, I was joking when I said black, they are obviously olive skinned.)

It is likely type III. Last pic Type II to III IMO. People here may say Type IV, but they are exaggerating.

This is my experience too, only that in the often make-believe world of anthrofora, even Andalusians and Sicilians look barely if at all different to Swedes...

Btw, I am not saying that an outright majority of Southern Europeans look like the OP examples, but certainly a large minority of them do, and they are far more common than the blondes that both Gallop and Aermacchi constantly post.
