No I don't think so. Not if you know what real Tongans look like. Tongans are Polynesian like Maoris. She looks like what she is half Asian and half Black. I can see why superficially people might possibly make that assumption but I don't think anyone that has seen actual Tongans would.

to me she could pass as a polynesian of some sort, but i have no experience in polynesian phenotypes, maybe in fiji where polynesian+melanesid mixes are found?

Her features are SUPER gracile (head shape is soft, no prognathism). Considering non-Austronesian element in Pacific Islander is Australoid she lacks any archaic influences whatsoever...
