As can be seen from this link (http://www.wargs.com/political/dole.html), his heritage seems to have been overwhelmingly British, with English surnames predominating, as well at least two Scottish ones (Ewen and Corson); he had an Irish-born great-grandmother with the surname Callan (clearly of native Irish origin), as well as an Irish-born great-great-grandmother, although whether the latter was actually Irish or the descendant of English or Scottish transplants is unclear (her surname was Law, which suggests an Anglo-Irish background).

The only surname at that link that is obviously non-British Isles is Carstensen, which turns out to be North German, Danish, or Norwegian, although Dole's ancestor with that surname is quite distant, dating to the seventeenth or eighteenth century.

North Atlantid

Isn't he a bit too Southern-shifted-looking to be purely North Atlantid? Looking at the Human Phenotypes website, I feel like he's leaning more toward Atlanto Mediterranid, although his slightly upturned nose is reminiscent of Gracile Mediterranean (but certainly not his height of 6' 5" or 1.96 m).

Looks like Marlon Brando. Atlantid + minor Brunn

There is no Atlanto-Mediterranid on humanphenotypes.net anymore, they removed it :D

Just going by their description of North Atlantid he can qualify, even for pigmentation part it says "often blue eyes", implying it's not important.

It's named as a synonym of Eurafricanid, which is present in the British Isles, even if it's not particularly common.

EDIT: Plus, his skin seems darker than the North Atlantid shown on Human Phenotypes. I thought North Atlantid was the dark-haired but rather pale British Isles type that tends to sunburn easily, while Dole clearly had no problem tanning.
