Classify bodybuilder icon Rich Piana who died 3yrs ago

His father is Italian, his mother is Armenian. He grew up in America and became one of the more famous bodybuilder. Note that he did alter his body but not his face.

I find it hard to classify him. Looks kinda Irish. Pitch black hair, blue eyes and 6'2 tall.

He actually had plastic surgeries and used HGH(human growth hormone) both of which can alter facial features.
Here's a pic of him when he was young. He was already on steroids during his teenage years. The woman next to him is his mother.

As for his ancestry, he could've had anglo-american ancestry from both of his parents. According to this (https://www.phactual.com/health/rich-piana-facts/) website, his father wasn't pure Italian, only "had some Italian ancestry".
