His father Umberto wears glasses which alters his appearance but I would see Umberto as a standard Dinaricised Med while Renzo's type is more common in the south with its strong coarse Med (Berid-like?) strain.

it's difficult to say, he doesn't look at all like his mother.

If you find photos of his older stepbrother (son of Umberto too) , you'll see that he has an exotic look. It's not that easy to say from were comes its phenotype.
