View Full Version : Why does cancer get more common towards northern Europe?

And it gets least common as one moves south towards the Mediterranean and MENA. Also, most people that tend to be diagnosed with cancer are WASP descent. Why is cancer rarer in Asia and Africa??? Anybody noticed this weird shit?

Older population I would guess. Having constant checkups also helps. If you set out to look for something you’re sure to find it.

It's not weird at all. It is already known the main source of cancer is caused by the kind of food you eat. Of course the big corporations behind it won't let the average Joe find out.

Read something years ago that some types of cancers might be aligned with a lack of sun. Also is some of these poorer asian and african countries some people never see a doctor let along get a cancer diagnosis. If you don't have cash no Doctor for you.

My take: worst diets, based on meat(mainly red meat) and dairy.

Lotta people who were never skinny now are and can't regain any weight may have some form of cancer, which, after a few years elapse, they discover too late, or never if they shun doctors, but both in either case die after the body has devoured enough muscle tissue, the fat being long gone.

It's also the food your food ate. And you forgot the most dangerous one: Sugar. Also, I'd advise anyone to cut back on sodas.

I once read the reason why Denmark had high cancer rates was because there are a lot of smokers, and a lot of alcohol consumption.

Nah. Hehehehe..... I think it's genetic and racial. Mediterranean Islanders and MENAs smoke like chimneys and I barely hear of them having lung cancer. But poor northerners get lung cancer when they don't even fucking smoke.....!

What the fuck are you babbling about?
Southern, Cenrral and Eastern Europeans have a way higher rate of lung cancer than Northern Europeans. That's not just from smoking; Southern Europe's air is more polluted than Northern Europe's, just from having higher population densities.

In fact this entire thread is just a bunch of misinformed people trying to explain something that isn't real. Northern Europeans do not have higher rates of cancer than Southern Europeans. Different cancers occur at different rates in different regions.
Southerners are more likely to have certain types of cancers.
Northerners are more likely to have certain cancers.
Easterners are more likely to have certain cancers.
Etc.
But Northern Europeans are definitely not more likely to have cancer, in general. If anything I'd say they have a slightly less risk of developing cancer overall, but no data to prove it.

Also, major lol @ the guy who speculated that less sunlight could increase cancers rates.
I got news for ya buddy, sunlight causes cancer.

Because greasy wog hair has cancer-fighting enzymes that seep into the bloodstream.

Yeahhhhh simpleton, you can see that the Anglo and Nordic nations have a fucking darker shade than Italy, Greece and Spain. Just look at the data and weep, dumbass. :bored::rolleyes2:

Hehe, dumbass, you literally said Northern Europeans have a higher rate of lung cancer.
Don't remember? Let me quote you:
I think it's genetic and racial. Mediterranean Islanders and MENAs smoke like chimneys and I barely hear of them having lung cancer. But poor northerners get lung cancer when they don't even fucking smoke
Out of all the charts you randomly spammed in your hilarious attempt to save face, only one of them displays a higher incidence of one type of cancer in the North, and that's this one:
https://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/documents/4187653/10321624/Deaths+from+prostate+cancer+in+EU+regions+.jpg
This chart shows the risk of death from prostate cancer, a cancer that affects men only. It does indeed show that Northern European males have a higher risk of dying from prostate cancer than Southern European males.
Why is that? Well, prostate cancer is primarily caused by exposure to male sex hormones like dihydrotestosterone. So we can safely assume that Northern European men are dying of prostate cancer because they are exposed to higher levels of male sex hormones, or are more sensitive to them.
Still, half of any population will never get prostate cancer, because they are female, and thus lack a prostate gland. This is a sex-specific form of cancer, further diminishing the relevance of your chart.
All you have done is prove my point for me: certain types of cancers are more prevalent in different regions. The rest of your charts weren't for actual cancer rates, and the second one you posted is a projected future case rate, which you stupidly pulled from google images without first investigating,
(https://ec.europa.eu/jrc/en/news/new-tool-report-cancer-burden-statistics-and-trends-across-europe) and which does not predict Northern Europeans to be the most likely cancerous, but rather southeastern-central Europeans. And it's only for the year 2018.
Just face it buddy, you fucked up badly in this thread. This is the part where you disappear from the forum and come back under a new, less shameful identity.

^Looks like this nordic troll is not around anymore after his meagre 13 posts. Probably under a new name (as he projected that onto me) or perhaps he got cancer and died ironically?
Love how this fucker is crying and backpedalling with his mental gymnastics cos he got proved wrong.
That meme of the blörö, Finnish breakfast consisting of black coffee with a shot of vodka and a cigarette, comes to mind... they make some questionable choices up there.
