Maybe slightly more British? People from the UK tend to look very similar to those who are Irish (nevermind there is a lot of people of at least partial Irish descent inhabiting the UK).

More on the British side, his eyes look more continental so i think he fits quite well in SE England.

Yeah, he looks it. Could also see him being Australian/NZer, but would probably think he was part Polynesian or something.

irish, he is irish already. (i mean his surname)
they tend to have almondish/slanted eyes more than the british, welsh combined, from my observation
some scots are also like irish, but never seen a welsh like this slanted eyed.
