At first, I thought the individual in question was the woman who appears on the title page of the video, but then later looked at 10:30 in the video and saw you this thread is about a different person. Anyway, I spent time crafting this, so this is what I wrote about the person I thought this thread was referring to:
I would agree that this individual is a rather extreme example of Northern European, but when it comes to Nordic, I tend to associate white-ish blonde hair with "Nordic," first and foremost.
I'd call her a Saxon, as she likely has German ancestry, I'd guess, yet is also utterly "British-Isles" in her features.

She looks more German or Swedish i think, there seems to be some Baltid there as well, maybe more very Nordid than Nordic, still a fine specimen of a type but too ashamed to say so.

Nordic, maybe Hallstatt subtype but I am not convinced. Her skin is most likely type I, extremely pale looking.
