Well he is quite muscular as a whole (except for the legs), when you train your body you end up training the neck, and his face and head shape are almost textbook gracile mediterranean, plus i dont really know if they are suposed to have thin neck as a rule, aparently not.

I saw a documentary in Arte about some young German teenagers who were just starting to train and they must also be Mediterranean gracile because there would be no mus cular difference between them even this one has more neck without training than the German teenagers I saw in the documentary.
