Not many of those White ones pass in the UK, they certainly look different to the white London policitians, alpines, some CM types, meds and dinarids.

I do, its just that they look different to the English ones though 2 of the people in the ethnic French group are almost certainly not French.

Not many people from these type of cities have deep roots in the actual region of the town, they come from elsewhere, but the few who do all have some levels of Jewish ancestry as Paris had the most concentration of Jews for a long time. Native Parisians often cluster near N.Italy because of that.

Besides, a name, is just a name... only hints you at the paternal side. Most are in the variation of France i would say, but i would suspect a few like those two have other ancestries despite their names, which is expected in a "banlieue" such as Nanterre anyway.
