In this thread I will post my own dna results (Gedmatch, G25), my little sister (Gedmatch) and my mother (Gedmatch)
Mother is entirely Northern Russian. Me- half southern Russian half northern. Sister - Half West Ukrainian/Polish half Northern Russian.

It's amazing how different is your mother from local Komi/Udmurts

She is basically Estonian with minor Komi/Udmurt admixture

Her family is from the South of Kirov Oblast. Her dad from Salobelyak, her mother from Yoshkar-Ola. Further roots on mother's side lead to Kirov Oblast though. On father's side just the village of Salobelyak for centuries. I always assumed we must have partial Mari Roots because her grandmother had really dark brown eyecolor and salobelyak is a mari place name - but genetics say otherwise.

Also small number of russian families say that they could have special occupation, that local Mari didnt had, for example blacksmithing or teaching in zemstvo school.

My mother's father was born in the village Petukhovo, near Salobelyak (the village no longer exists). His mother was from Salobelyak for centuries back (last name Petukhova).
