I too have always felt that he had something pseudo-East Eurasian about his appearance, and it seems to me that age has intensified that aspect of his look. Obviously, based on his origins, it's a pseudo look, so what elements in his actual ancestry could combine to give him that look?

I know Croatia counts as Eastern Europe by some standards, but I've never thought of Croatia as a part of Europe with any significant East Eurasian ancestry. Instead, I've always assumed that Croatia was sort of a crossroads for the phenotypes of the Balkans, Central Europe, and Northern Italy, and that its population was too Western-shifted to produce Turanid types. Was I mistaken?

Archaic East European CM had transitional features to West Siberians. Hard to pinpoint the source (he's SUPER atypical)

Here is his brother, Gary Kucinich, who doesn't seem to have any of the exotic, pseudo-East Eurasian traits of Dennis:
