Dude looks like he could be lots of things, from lots of places. Wouldn't have guessed Roma.

I probably havn't seen enough Roma in all their variations of appearance.
I would not have guessed him as Gypsy if it wasnt mentioned.
To me he looks like he could be from lots different places or mixed ethnicity.
He does have a bit of caucasian look also.

I met Gypsy musicians from Hungary when I was teenager and did Hungarian folk dancing.
I recall at the time thinking they looked middle eastern looking.
