Greetings TA, so I uploaded my raw DNA data which I downloaded from MyHeritage to genomelink.io to get some health and traits reports for free, and they did show me some interesting stuff. They searched for markers associated with certain physical and personality traits, and most of the markers that they found associated with certain traits were European, however for the "Skin Pigmentation" results, they found some "South Asian" markers:

You could see my DNA test results here: https://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?360818-Russian-from-Vladivostok-Far-East-Russia-Myheritage-Gedmatch-results-help-me-interpret-them
and as you can see, MyHeritage didn't pick up any south Asian. Could it be that I inherited those markers from a distant south Asian ancestor  ? How reliable is genomelink at this stuff?

Get the SNP ID and search for it on scientific articles, those companies cannot be trusted.

It's the most accurate calculator in existence, and if you don't score anything like that here, it's most likely a noise.

Everyone in the world has those markers, its not the markers that are south asian but the study subjects who was tested for it, in association with skin colour.
