I think the one on the left is a really good example of a pale Northwestern type i.e Anglo Saxon or Tronder

Not a great example but he seems fairly Nordic leaning on Keltic probably

Perfect, then he's Keltic Nordid. The Hallstat prefix implies he looks more swedish than english, which is not the case.
