Sports and child development

Physical inactivity is a growing problem. It contributes to the obesity epidemic and is particularly worrisome among the youngest in society.

No shit.. It's sad all kids these days do is demand mommy to make them brownies while playing a violent video game.

I think it's very important to the practice of physical activity at all ages, especially for children. I always advise my patients to do physical activity because it helps your physical and mental health. Helps relieve stress and put their energies.

I always played sports and this has helped me to be disciplined, be respectful, be competitive, to overtake me and know my limits, which is very good. Sport is leisure and not to destroy your body.

I'm not against people play video games. I played a lot as a child and teenager and still play some games, but it can not become a routine and become sedentary person.

and of course, the practice of sports must be coupled with proper nutrition and rest, which are essential
