I would say its the opposite, Albanians of Europid phenotypes are deschended from Greek populations of Epirus and Thessaly, and east Europe, while Caspic(Mtbid) and extreme hyperbrahicephalic and strange looking Albanians belong to Caucasus.

Greece - Turkey population exchange (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Population_exchange_between_Greece_and_Turkey)

The 1923 population exchange between Greece and Turkey (Greek: Ἡ Ἀνταλλαγή, romanized: I Antallagí, Ottoman Turkish: مبادله, romanized: Mübâdele, Turkish: Mübadele) stemmed from the "Convention Concerning the Exchange of Greek and Turkish Populations" signed at Lausanne, Switzerland, on 30 January 1923, by the governments of Greece and Turkey. It involved at least 1.6 million people (1,221,489 Greek Orthodox from Asia Minor, Eastern Thrace, the Pontic Alps and the Caucasus, and 355,000–400,000 Muslims from Greece),[3] most of whom were forcibly made refugees and de jure denaturalized from their homelands.

This major compulsory population exchange, or agreed mutual expulsion, was based not on language or ethnicity, but upon religious identity, and involved nearly all the indigenous Orthodox Christian peoples of Turkey (the Rûm "Roman/Byzantine" millet), including even Armenian- and Turkish-speaking Orthodox groups, and on the other side most of the native Muslims of Greece, including even Greek-speaking Muslim citizens, such as Vallahades and Cretan Turks. Each group were native peoples, citizens, and in cases even veterans, of the state which expelled them, and neither had representation in the state purporting to speak for

Additionally 50,000 Greeks came from the Caucasus, 50,000 from Bulgaria and 12,000 from Crimea, almost 1.42 million from all regions. About 340,000 Greeks remained in Turkey, 220,000 of them in Istanbul in 1924.

LOL!

50% of the balkan population was turkish in early 1900's according to many historians. U didnt have pop exchange so these Turks stayed in Albania, nowadays named Albanians.

50% of Greeks as a whole have pale white skin, in woman its like 60% and in man 40%.

The Albanian percentage is less than 50% overall

That's not what genetics support but whatever

It is unlikely that the liberation of Greece would have been obtained had it not been for the Albanian warriors who supplied the best fighting material for the insurrection. Admiral Miaoulis, the Botzaris, the Boulgaris, and many other heroes of the beginning of the last century, were Albanians, or of Albanian extraction, but the modern Greek lives on the literary achievements of the ancient Hellenes, while the strong men of Albania, like their ancestors who lived before Agamemnon, are relegated to obscurity because they have no one to focus the gaze of Europe upon them.

Stealing absolutely nothing here, just telling the truth how it is. The Souliotes, Arvanites and even the local Ottoman pashas they fought were all Albanians fighting each other.

I must go now, my Anatolian-Caucasian imported friend.

The Pashas were albanians because u were ottoman turkish collaborators, and u gained possitions in ottoman hierarchy, collaborating with the invazor and the occupant, thats why all balkan nations hate u. From Serbs to Bulgarias, to Macedonskis to Greeks. U only have good relationships with Bosnian muslims(other ottoman solders) and Turks themselvs.

Not forget what they did to Aromanians/Vlachs

Moscopole (Albanian: Voskopojë; Aromanian: Moscopole, Moscopoli, Muscopuli or Voscopole; Greek: Μοσχόπολη or Βοσκόπολη; Turkish: İskopol or Oskopol) is a village in Korçë County in southeastern Albania.

During the 18th century, it was the cultural and commercial center of the Aromanians. At its peak, in the mid 18th century, it hosted the first printing press in the Ottoman Balkans outside Istanbul, educational institutions and numerous churches and became a leading center of Greek culture.

Historians have attributed the decline of the city to a series of raids by Muslim Albanian bandits. Moscopole was initially attacked and almost destroyed by those groups in 1769 following the participation of the residents in the preparations for a Greek revolt supported by the Russian Empire.

The 1769 sacking and pillaging by Muslim Albanian troops was just the first of a series of attacks to the city. Moscopole was attacked due to the participation of the residents in the preparations for a Greek revolt supported by the Russian Empire known as the Orlov Revolt. Its destruction culminated with the razing of 1788 by the troops of Ali Pasha of Ioannina. Moscopole was practically destroyed by this attack, with some of its commerce shifting to nearby Korçë and Berat.
