No Australoid, unless you expand the definition to include Negrito-like ancestry which the Southern Chinese do have, Koreans and Northern Chinese have very little.
The Japanese are a unique case because they have mostly Yayoi farmer ancestry but the Jomon hunter/gatherer ancestry is still present. About half of the ancestry of the original Jomons was derived from an Austro-Melanesian-like ancestral group, the other half of Jomon ancestry was derived from a Siberian-like ancestral group maybe related to Ancestral North Eurasians, not modern Siberians.

I don't know about Japan, but Kuril Islands are 0% Australoid
