I don't see anything contradictory, apart from the fact that we don't see anything on your graph.
The study I cited is from 2018.
A 2020 study ALSO indicates greater WHG-like intake in central/ogliastra-like areas.

The population genetics of Sardinia has long been studied, in part because of its importance for medical genetics27,28. Pioneering studies found evidence that Sardinia is a genetic isolate with appreciable population substructure29,30,31. Consistent with previous studies, they found the mountainous Ogliastra region of central/eastern Sardinia carries a signature of relative isolation and subtly elevated levels of WHG and EEF ancestry.
These studies indicate that the level of WHG is subtly variable depending on the areas.
We can obviously establish an average, but I think it would be more correct to establish an average WHG intake according to the zones, for example the Ogliastra zone, then Iglesias, etc.
Some Sardinian samples with a subtly variable WHG rate, I obviously selected samples with a WHG rate between 13 and 16%. But this could testify to the existence of a real variability with regard to the level of WHG, clearly: this is not a subjective belief, studies find that this variability exists.

In that usual WHG-ENF-Yamnaya calculators WHG is often inflated because a surplus of EHG compared to the chosen Yamnaya mixture will show up as WHG (EHG separately is not provided).

I’m surprised about the high real WHG proportion of the Sardinians. Ususally hardly any modern individual gets above 10% WHG!
But what is even sensational is this: Since that Magdaleničn (MAG) population that was in Western Europe before the expansion of WHG - represented by the re-sequenced sample GoyetQ2 - and that got essentially replaced, was published in two papers, I added this component to the source.
The highest proportion that I could find among moderns were some French that scored abt. 2.5%. And maybe just kind of 5% of the French scored any MAG at all.
Here now abt. 50% of the Sardinians do score MAG and the highscore is even stunning 8.0%!
I can imgagine that no one has yet detected this.
