Yes you can still see those looks in Southern Europe, even France. When it comes to Latin America, people try very hard to see things that aren't there, or attribute ancestry to phenotypes that aren't particularly out of place in Spain, Italy, Greece, etc. In her case, Spain I would say.

A shovel/slight hook nose + shallower malar area + a peculiar forehead-nose bridge combo is quite common in Spain.

The facial features of those Spaniards look completely Caucasoid, but in the case of Maria Becerra you can see residual Amerindian traces, in her images where she appears smaller (without any makeup) what I am saying is better appreciated.
