MyHeritage DNA and several GEDmatch project has “West Asian” component. However, West Asia is a melting pot of very different cultures and ethnicities. Therefore, it is not very accurate to use such component neither in commercial DNA tests nor GEDmatch projects, in my opinion. Do you agree?
