no, he is simply not very longheaded, but (high end)- mesocphalic, but i guess still a lower Ci than William Dafoe. the head is very low, which is also common in Cm types
the teutonic Nordo-Cm type described by Polish anthropologists usually were around the same meso-sub-brachy Ci level, equivalent to modern Danish and Frisian types as well or what Coon described as modern Nordic and borreby mixtures.
